About
My HR career didn’t start in a corporate office. It started in the field, in the kind of environments where you learn quickly that HR has to be practical, personal, and ready for anything.
Airports, hospitality groups, nonprofits, retail environments. Over time I moved into more senior corporate roles, and somewhere along the way I noticed that the bigger the organization, the easier it became to lose sight of the actual people.
The paperwork, the processes, the org charts all matter, but they’re not why I got into this work. So I stepped out and started MG People Solutions.
I work with organizations that still believe HR should feel human, where a policy isn’t just a legal shield and a difficult conversation is handled with care, not just compliance.
I bring senior-level experience without the corporate distance, and I show up as a real partner, not just a vendor.
If you’re looking for someone who gets both the business side and the people side, and who genuinely cares about getting it right, let’s talk.
Every engagement is built around what you actually need. I don’t drop in with a standard playbook.
I take the time to understand your business, your people, and your goals before I recommend anything.
